Turning Training from Mundane to Extraordinary

Fighting Fitness! (Starting Friday 23 Jan at 6pm)

Drawing from martial arts, strength and cardio training, Fighting Fitness is a challenging – but doable – workout.   Each week you will complete a different round building skills as you go.   Spirit, energy and motivation abounds as everyone works together to help each other realise their goals. This is a class where you not only gain fitness but inspiration to a better way of life.

Fridays 6.00pm-7.00pm

Fees for Fighting Fitness are as follows:

8 classes $115 valid for use any time over 2 months (ie 1 x week $14.37 per class)

Casual $20

Functional Circuit Training

Functional Circuit Training incorporates whole-body integration and long-chain dynamics for a workout like no other. We use some of the most prominent training tools on the market such as ViPR/TRX Suspension and Rip Training/Sandbells. Functional circuits have grown in popularity in the USA and UK in recent years.

Functional Circuit Training is available at the centre with Trevor Aung Than's guidance. Trevor has recently returned from Macau where he was head physiotherapist for Cirque du Soleil.
